Having Your Dog Microchipped Will Give You Peace Of Mind
If you are traveling with your dog, you'll want to look into having your dog microchipped.
By microchipping your dog he will always have identification on him. I have both of my dogs microchipped. If they ever get lost and lose their collars I have peace of mind knowing they are microchipped.
If you are getting ready to travel with your dog and he's not microchipped, then you'll want to make sure your dog has his collar and proper ID on him at all times. If you take a few precautions before you travel, you too will have peace of mind.
A few ways to plan ahead are:
- Have your vet's phone number
- Recent photo of your dog
- Have your current address on your dog's tags
