my babies should be treated just right anad very loved

I the most important thing is for my baby to feel at home and loved. My dog has never been away from home . I am going away next week and thinking on putting him here. Thats way he needs to feel loved and well taken care of and have human contact.

I heart that they have 24/7 staff to care for your doggy family members.

I should even have to say this, but after a bad experience boarding with my (ex)vet, the most important thing is that it is clean....and my dogs are treated with TLC

I think it is important that our dog could keep his food, chews, and toys. Other kennels seem to mix everything together and we never end up with the same stuff when we leave.

The most important thing about a pet hotel is that my dog is well cared for and paid attention to and not left for hours on end in a kennel without any interaction.

A caring staff and a clean facility.

Without a doubt, the most important thing is the staff - all the other ammenities won't make up for handlers that aren't genuine, caring and attentive. I don't select a hotel for myself just because of the food or because there's an available pool... nor will I do so for our pets!

The most important aspect for me, is that they care about the well being of my dog.

The most important factor in where I would leave my baby is that she will be safe. It is hard to trust someone to care for your pet properly. I would also like her to be played with and given a lot of attention

The most important thing when my baby is left without me, is someone to give love, attention, and treat him like he is as special to them as he is to me.

I have 2 Boxers and have to travel some. They love everyone and don't mind staying away from home for a couple of days. It does get a little pricey, but clean, safe and caring staff cost money!

I think it's important that he get personalized attention - playtime, petting, walks - not just be cooped up in a crate or cage!

The thing I worry about most is how the animals will be taken care of at night if there is a fire or some other disaster.

The idea of a pet hotel seems like a wonderful alternative to a kennel or the vets office!

I think the idea of a doggie hotel is great but I would be so worried leaving my pets anywhere! It seems like a good service though, you never know when you might have an emergency and need someone to take care of your special little fuzzball!

This would be great for my daughter , she just moved to a new state and she will be taking care of a friends dog while he is out of the country for a year

I want a place where Cooper will get personal attention. He loves attention!

I would love to send my dog to day camp

I cannot stand to be away from my puppy; I want her to go everywhere I do. I am absolutely smitten with her! When my wife and I have to leave her for a night this summer we don't want to have her stuck in a kennel where she may even catch something from another pet. PetsHotel seems like a safe, relaxing atmosphere for our pup. I love knowing she will be able to get out for a couple of walks and even some playtime rather than being couped up the whole time. This sounds like just the place that will take special care of our puppy!

I could never enjoy myself if I new my littlest friend was locked in a cold cage alone somewhere.

I don't want my dog just laying in a cage all day. I want him to have play time and someone to pay attention to him. I also want some place safe and secure.

Summer loves Doggie Day Camp!

The most important issue for me is that the facility be safe and secure. My dog Bella LOVES to run, and if she gets a chance she'll be in the next state before you realize she's gone. Then, if you're lucky enough to find her, she has forgotten her name in the excitement and won't come back 'til she's good and ready. From what I've heard about the PetSmart PetsHotel, she would be safe there, so it is the perfect place for her to stay when I go on vacation.

It's important that the employees care about the pet being left there. I have used PetSmart and they are a very caring group of people.

Honestly, the most important factor for me when choosing a place to board our dog is the price. We just can't afford to pay more for an overnight stay for our dog than we would for a hotel for ourselves. We are going away at the end of the month and I'd love to win this to send Ruffy to the PetsHotel to keep her safe.

I consider many things when my Emma has to go to the "babysitter". Most important is cleanliness and a close second is the activities that are offered.

My dog has stayed there and LOVED it!
