We're not talking about paw-tendencies here. We're talking about tail wagging.

I was in Walmart yesterday and I noticed a sign in front of the IAMS dog food on the shelf there.

It was bright green (so it stood out, even if you weren't looking at the IAMS food on the shelf) and it covered the main points of the IAMS promise, plus this:

Here are the details...

Together, Jim and I have had 3 dogs.

First, there was Jersey, who was "my dog" first but welcomed Jim into our lives with open arms. Then came Destin, the dog we found under a dumpster. And then, Destin's "brother from another mother", Tenor. There was actually a point in time where we had all three under one roof at the same time. But now there's only Tenor.

Our buddy Destin recently went to chase rainbows in the sky and to play with Jersey in fields that are forever green.

In response to my article, Does Your Dog Love Boating?, Marianne asks:

Question about dogs and boating: is there a rule of thumb as far as life vests for dogs? My dogs are decent swimmers, but I'm afraid if we take them out on the lake they could swim too far out and get tired. Should a life vest be standard, or are there any alternatives?"

I think Marianne's is a great question, and her perspective is one that I would guess many dog owners share.
