I just got a Papillon and plan to get some Bil-Jac soon. Just saw it at the local Publix and thought I'd check it out online first.
Bil-Jac is not just an everyday quality dog food. It's emergancy feeding capabilities have proven to be a priceless asset to those who know about it. This food has been used on NUMEROUS dogs to save their lives.
This is but a BRIEF description of Alleygirls story. After Alleygirl would have her babies she would deceide not to eat. To the point that her health would be in danger. It would take serious intervention to restore her to good health.
That intervention consisted of force feeding her FROZEN BIL-JAC until she would eat on her own.
Bil-Jac is truely a miraculous food. The problem is not many folks know about it. Nor can you get the FROZEN BIL-JAC in many areas.
I believe all dog owners need to know about this food and it needs to be available to all.

As a regular visit to seaworld thats where I first heard of bil jac there is a show called pets ahoy all the dogs cats birds ducks are all rescues as a dog lover I noticed how beautiful all the dogs and cats coats were so I asked what they fed the dogs bil jac I had never heard of bil jac before that but it is a fact that seaworld is first class and feed all their animals nothing but the best so when I got home I went on the bil jac sight never has been recallled no glutin or by products their warehouse where food is made and stored is temperature controlled so no extreme heat to cause bacteria growth and the food is vacum packed and transferred to a climate controlled truck.As I said seaworld is a first class park if they feed their animals bil jac i know it has to be the best stuff for my dogs....

I bought a very tiny chihauhau puppy after my new husband told me I couldn't have a dog. We had both just been thru the loss of an animal when we were dating. So I researched dogs to find just the right temperment to fit our lifestyle of riding motorcycles. Came home one evening,my husband asked what I had in my pocket. Out pops this darling black & white head,my hu$sband thought I bought a rat. Short version of this story is this pup melted my husbands decision and then the problems began! He wouldn't eat anything. I must have have spent $500.00 on dog food and if he ate it at all,within a week he wasn't eating a bite! Struggle goes on, April 08 his 1st birthday but he was skinny & dying. I spent $$$ of dollars on vet bills. He was loosing his hair on one side, he was on medication daily, antibiotics etc., he was medicated & then vacinated for worms. He was either throwing up his food or runny stools. Finally after the vet put him on Science diet that was wasted cause he wouldn't eat it, my vet said if we didn't get him to eating soon he would have to been fed by IV. So I wondered into a pet food store "Pet Supplies Plus" next to a health food store in Plano and began seeing a different kind of pet food, mostly holistic, then found the freezer section and to be honest I reached for the Bil-Jac because the price tag was more appealing. WOW, MY DILLON ATE EVERY BITE! Within a week he had energy to play and his hair loss stopped. 4 week Business travel was requested of my employer & I agreed only if I could take my Dillon because he had only been eating BilJac 2 wks, just added 6oz to his 3 lbs & was finally diagnosed with demodectic mange that required medication another 3 months. Pet Supplies Plus gave me 6 sample bags of holistic dry foods to try to appease him until I could find a store that carried BilJac during my travel to Harrisbug PA. Needless to say he stopped eating again. Holistic Can food was all that kept him going till I got home. YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN HIM EAT WHEN WE GOT HOME AND HIS BILJAC WAS IN HIS BOWL***FOR A MINUTE OR TWO!! That same pet food store warned me that BilJac wasn't best dog food for his nutritional needs. I am reading all the dog food websites and am confused at what is best for him now, but EATING is the right thing. I will continue feeding him BilJac but would like a more details of the ingredients in this food and some good advice on what other products in the BilJac line that dogs may fancy more than others and why.

Thanks for responding. I bought the Bil-Jac and she eats it much better than the science diet and beneful. I also bought the Bil-Jac biscuits but she only hides them - doesn't eat them. She loves the Bil-Jac liver treats. I had given her those in the past. If I can resist her begging for people food (Im doing better at that), she eats about 1 cup of the Bil-Jac dog food a day.. I had to moisten the adult science diet but not the Bil-Jac.

Yes your dog will probably love Bil-Jac!
The best thing you can do for your dog is get her off of table food and start her on Bil-Jac. Check the feeding guideline on the side of the bag for your size dog. Dogs love the flavor and will over eat if you let them. Dry food is best for good oral health. Teeth and gums benefit from the crunch!

My dog is one year old - beagle/terrier mix - and
only wants table food and bil-jack treats. Will she
eat the bil-jack food? Which should I try? She

I have just got my new puppy and I wanted to get her the best treats out there. My Vet recommended your Bil-Jac Liver treats. Now they are the only ones I get for all three of my dogs. They love them, I can make them do more tricks now then before.
My pomeranian has seizures and needs to take a half a pill morning and night. She will only take it wrapped in a piece of biljac frozen food. Then of coarse the other 3 dogs get a treat too!
I have several (8) Pomeranians. I haven't tried Bil Jack but at a friends recommendation, I am considering a dog food change for this little ladies. I do have some finicky eaters
We go north in the summer and find frozen billjack in all the grocerie stores, but when we come to Florida for the winter, we have to go half way across state to pick it up. No stores carry it down here. My dog loves the frozen.
I just purchased a bag of Large Breed Select Puppy Food for my 12 week old Labradoodle, Kirby. He LOVES it! I had contemplated feeding RAW but with Bil Jac's great products I can give my puppy a Healthy and Tasty diet without the mess and hassle! THaNKs!

Our Great Dane is only 10 months old and is on the large breed puppy formula(she LOVES it). When should we switch her to regular large breed formula???
Searching for a food for our Dachshunds that does not give them gas. Did a search. And kept reading that Bil-Jac was the one to get.
I have heard so much about Biljac dogfood but have not been able to find a place that sells it. I want to try it to see if my dogs go for it like my friends say their dogs do. L think they travel 50 miles one way to buy it.

My 2 pitbulls and my very picky eater the Siberian Husky loves this food. Their coats improve and their overall energy has improved. Would recommend this to anyone who wants good, healthy food for their pet.

I brought biljac puppy food and never used. I have a very small pup and I couldn't get her to eat. So I opened the bil jac and she loves it.

my maltese loves the bill jack low fat, however, she has not lose any weight,( 8Lbs.) even with no treats and 1/4 cup in the morning and 1/4 in the pm. Any suggestions?
Our breeder recommended Bil-Jac for our two Brazilian Mastiffs puppies (Fila's). After we feed them they sit in front of the bag and bark for more.
